Patent pending; "THE" FLOWING-HYDRO TURBINE of the future

http://Neo-Aerodynamic.com
As a stream turbine it has the following advantages including:
1- Elimination of the costly dam building
2- Enable mankind to tap into thousand, thousand miles of river the forgotten renewable energy source, to be placed where it needed, voiding the high cost of transmission loss.
3- Neo-Aerodynamic works on virtually any water flow (speed, head).
4- It does not require the water to be deep and work even on a very low water speed as shown in the video.
5- After generating power; the turbine will lowering the speed of the water stream to reduce the soil erosion problems.
6- One of the main advantages is a Neo- Aerodynamic allowing the device to be scaled independently in horizontally or vertically to fit your existing environment.
7- Neo- Aerodynamic can also be modified to capture tidal flow and oceanic current, the virtually untapped Green power.
8- Neo- Aerodynamic neutralize the worst enemy; the turbulence; this give an answer to the question why it works while others fail.

  • looks alot like tesla turbine

  • Thanks Machinedragon.

No it's not testa. This turbibne 100% uses lift via airfoil.

1- Turbulence does not effect since the lift are utilizeb by artificial flow of fluid around the center. That why it's failed when one implement Darrieus rotor.

2- Ths turbine does not "suck" water in but redirect the flow of water; therefore it's safe for fish, and relatively safe from debris like a "log". It;s just "push/stear" the water around.

    Thanks.

  • neat, looks ok, i cant see the design of it too good, but maby have water directed to only one side of the turbine? and possibly make "funnels" to direct the current to that area also.

  • To 160asd160:

I don't think it will affect the Fish.

About "weed"- I can't help it unless you put a mess around.

    To Jon70.

The rotor is as the same as of mine "wind rotor". I have some close up.

    Very Thanks.

    PT.

  • AN LONG AWAITED ANSWER FOR HUMAN ENERGY THIRST

Very portable; little wind, light wind and high wind, yet aimed for low speed fluid (air or water) environment.

Work as wind, creek, spring, stream, river, tidal flow and wave turbine.

  • BENEFITS:

1-The least expensive to build therefore the most economically attractive.

    2-Yields multiple times the output.

    3-Enable low wind class.

4-There are thousands of mile of river this provides an inexpensive mean enables them to produce electricity; economically.

    5-Work on Tidal flow.

6-Wave on thoussand os square miles can be utilized.

7-Wave turbine also move sea water up from the deeper to the surface -- To absorb CO2. Helping reduce green gas them the atmosphere

  • If this was as efficient as you think why hasn't anyone tried to push a boat through the water with this blade design. the propeller has been and will, for the foreseeable future, be the best shape.

  • @yogiudo

It's a neat idea but I'm guessing it wouldn't generate hardly any energy. It turns very slowly with no PMA attached. With a PMA it might not turn at all. But like I said... interesting idea.

  • how many watts per hour can it generate?

  • Armestrong reach the moon,

    some kids left behind.

  • what if a fish get in there X(

  • Very cool. How does this compare in efficiency to a Gorlov (helical Darrieus)? Gorlov is at around 35% water to shaft and I've seen as good as 27% water to wire.

  • Watch out you stinking towel-heads someday your oil will be as valueable as your sand..NEVER underestimate the American mind. Jerry
