Oh, this is the lady that "always" kills any bill that will help animals, especially those that will end the "horse drawn carriage industry."
I predict this monster will eventually become the next mayor of NYC. The writing is on the wall. Shame on you Quinn for discriminating against animals much like homophobes do to gay people. Shame on you!
