I've just finished a little composition. It's very simple to do this (I used noise fractals, edge finder, gradient, grid, checkboard, sphere and light blur).
With a little animation of 10 sec (and a 1mn rendering), It give this !

@IISiiCKNeSsxX I really don't know, I think it can only be found with the software... Maybe try to reinstall After Effect...?
At last, you can still skip this step, it's not so viable in the whole set :)
