  • Sounds good, but can you rip a page out of it and wipe your ass? If not, then it's back to the drawing board I'm afraid.

  • I find it great

very basic without those [in my opinion] unnecessary features of kindle and suitable for students who are on budget

  • poor selection of books? Just download it fpr free lmao

  • Harry is annoying

  • Not having a good selection of books is totally a problem with the product. You can have the best computer in the world, but it is useless with no software.

  • Engles? Engles? Really?

    Communist.

  • that woman is so sexy. i want to make love to her all night.

  • @norseman714,

THANKS for letting me know! I was saving up my pennies for this but now I think I'll wait a little longer and get a Kindle.

  • Got one for Christmas. Constantly froze & crashed & there is NO customer support. Telephone support is from 7 to 7 EST M-F but no one ever answers the 800 #, even at 7am. Emailed for support 8 days ago, still no answer. New releases on web site are very expensive even with the 25% discount offered & they don't have a lot of the new releases that Amazon, Sony or Barnes & Noble offer. Sent it back for refund, because of the support issues don't want an exchange. This is an epic fail brick.

  • Because Kindle is the industry standard, the standard against which all the others are measured.

  • @thefrequencykenneth,

There should be no glare, or at least far less than with regular paper. The screen technology is called e-ink.

It's not backlit, though, so to read in bed, you'll need a book light.

  • Why isn't this compared to the Sony ereaders? The 505 is far superior; though it does look a bit like Sony pinched the design of the cooler for their pocket version.
