I agree, it´s supposed to be the doping tests... However we have got one major problem with that and that is, if the rider wont appear you can't have any tests, can you?

And because we have had nothing but scandals and lies from these people the last decade or so it is of vital importance that these riders lives up the rules, which Rasmussen has failed to do.

I couldn't agree more with you and Rabobank did the right thing when they expeled him from the tour. Rasmussen failed to appear to 3different doping tests because he was high on doping.
