Denny was in a transition here to a more pop sound from the folk background she came from. Some fans and critics were taken aback, but the fact is she never made a bad album. Some were just better Aside from her work with Fairport Convention, The Strawbs and Fotheringay, she only did 4 solo albums between 71 and 77
