Sorry all for the LATE update, YouTube was trippin' and not letting me upload this video.
Well, I talk about my 6 week surgeons visit and update on my weight progress. I have an addiction that I'm getting over, but no matter how silly it sounds, its real and I'm glad that I'm working on my way to being better.

Congratulations on getting out of the 400s! You'll be riding horses before you know it. I used to love cereal too. Life was my cereal of choice. Keep up the great work.

I was thinking the same thing. Quite interesting because I did it for 8 years growing up and loved it, got too heavy and thought I'd never see another horse from then on. So I'm quite optimistic.
