i find that if your opponent has tight control across your chin the bridging part of this escape is real hard.

@NoFrag0 Or 3- they baited you into doing this technique because they have rolled with you before and know you like to try this. But that can be said of all moves lol.

Nice technique but be aware that the top guy can bait this in order to take mount.

this is a good technique,but does it leave u open to a possible arm triangle if u don't carry out the move quick enough??

@nocturnal5150 - Yes it would help you. But remember to repeat this position a lot, what really is going to help you is timing.
