Iv'e been a psychiatrist for 24 years now and I have to say there is no current cure to Obesity other than a strict Diet and some healthy Eating and Exercise. I don't really do a lot about Obesity in my work. My field of work is in mental disorders and depression.

For the people out their who are struggling, push yourself in were you want to go. Because if not your health Will Decline. You can suffer from Stroke's, Diabetes, Heart Attack's or even Death.

You are the controller of your body.
