Oh yes...and to be as multicultural as possible, global mingling I call it, to celebrate ramadan I also serve all my muslim friends a starter of gourmet split pea and ham hock soup, followed by a lovely pork tenderloin, pan fried and then wrapped in bacon and served with a side of cilantro and garlic flavoured deep fried pork rinds..but for some reason the guests never return, a couple tried to burn down the house (how rude!!!)..so I have to hang around the local mosque to round a new batch up
