(This video was formerly titled "An Oz Like Cinar," but it turns out the series was actually produced by PanMedia, Cinar just did the English version. In the description and title, credit has been restored to PanMedia.)
In honor of the 20th Anniversary of PanMedia's "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" TV series, Sam Milazzo planned out this music video. I had the know-how, so I put it together. The song is "A Moment Like This" by Kelly Clarkson.
DO NOT ASK ME TO UPLOAD COMPLETE EPISODES FROM THIS SERIES. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

@RoyalKidofOz I saw the feature-length versions before I even knew there was a series, and I was impressed by the adaptation of "Wizard." It's still one of the most faithful versions out there.

They're still working on it, but you can actually see the episodes on "Jaroo" - just make sure you select what you want.

Okay sorry - didn't mean to get into a disagreement.
I just get tired of comments on Oz that seem too focused on MGM (or worse, Maguire) and don't seem to be aware of a wider interpretation.

I was just surprised that it looks different to the original novel!
I didn't say there was anything wrong with it, all I pointed out was that Glinda has green hair and the Wicked Witch is purple which is a different appearance!

Look: this was an 80s anime that was based on the ORIGINAL Book, and being Japanese they changed a few things because they felt it was different and new and more suited to their viewers.
Besides, they look more magical with these colours.

i love the interesting caricture development that takes place between members of the group, especially between tin woodsman and scarecrow. when this was on when i was a kid i was too young to appreciate it much... but now i wish i could see the real thing.

Yes. I know, it was really made by Panmedia, and Cinar took all the credit.

Just like all of you, I wish the rights owners WOULD release the entire series on DVD. I believe the owners are Warner Brothers. People who have seen tell me that the HACK JOB of the movies are awful, and the full versions are better.

Another reason is that the episodes I got the video from are in Hebrew. I think someone else has put the series in Spanish online. Go look for "Mago De Oz."
