Why play in the streets? Can't they find something productive to do with their time? Some people have jobs. Some people have places to go and important things to do. There's no reason to let a pack of whining criminals block the roads for decent people.

Hey there! Guess what! I'm a hardworking citizen that tries to get home to his fam at a reasonable hour too. Just because I may have to wait an extra 10 minutes to get home AT THE START OF THE WEEKEND, doesn't mean the sky will fall, my kids will hate me, and I get divorced. And it certainly does not qualify the cyclists as fcuk heads. The majority of car drivers, obviously including yourself, use your self proclaimed lordship of the roads 24-7. You really can't spare 10 minutes? YIKES.

Yes, I think the helmet law is nonsensical. The cities in europe with the highest levels of cycling (Amsterdam, Copenhagen) don't have helmet laws, and it's generally rare to see bikers wearing helmets there. That's because they have given cyclists a safe environment to use, not thrown on streets alongside trucks.

If you think gorilla tactics achieve nothing then you know nothing about history. Many important changes in society have been pushed forward by marches and demonstrations.
