1492, the discovery of America by Columbus. Two worlds which collide qua culture, habits and opinions. The collision caused an exchange of techniques, food and other things, also called ´The Columbian Exchange´. This exchange caused the lost of civilizations and nations on the American continent and at the same time the flourishing of Europe. The documentary ´1492- The Columbian Exchange´ enters the period before Columbus and the hundreds of years of colonization by the European great powers of America. The viewer is taken by leading scientists to the ´New World´ of the just discovered America and one goes into the impact on the world like we now know it. The most important events are played by professional actors so the documentary gets visual power. Through this the viewer gets immersed in an unique mix of facts and images.

Those crackers were so smelly that they never bathed in months and the American Indians on the other hand were a lot cleaner than those cracker fucks. Those cracker fucks had the balls to call the Native peoples "savages" simply because they didn't follow the white way of life.
