One Texas university even has a "behavior concerns advice line" that allows people to call in to report on an individual. The TI's information is taken down and kept in a database in the dean's office. That is definitely a violation of the fourth amendment rights. People that hate homosexuals or blacks could call the advice line to report on a minority that they hate in order to get the person mobbed or harassed out of college. Yes it has been done. It is psychopathic and Texas colleges do it.

Believe me they have gotten alot more sophisticated then this video tells. They're using direct mind control measures by targeting and subverting

psycho/social/sexual forces on a mass scale through the media and academic system. They use formatting of the subverted portions of individuals to network through psionics as well.
