One Texas university even has a "behavior concerns advice line" that allows people to call in to report on an individual. The TI's information is taken down and kept in a database in the dean's office. That is definitely a violation of the fourth amendment rights. People that hate homosexuals or blacks could call the advice line to report on a minority that they hate in order to get the person mobbed or harassed out of college. Yes it has been done. It is psychopathic and Texas colleges do it.

Sadly, it is the TI that is driven into states of anxiety and fear. The people who instigated the cause stalking and mobbing usually have paranoid personality disorder or are psychopaths that hide behind the scenes and have small groups to harass a TI out of town. This has happened in Austin,Texas in relation with a major university. The psychopaths hide behind the most elaborate facades there. They expect the TI to lash out and get arrested. That is their goal.

The gangstalkers enjoy pressuring TIs and torturing them mentally with their 'cell phone' antics, rude same laughter [they all go to the same trainers]--They ENJOY hurting others---this is not Christian behavior--yet some will gladly accept a Lie about a Christian brother or sister--and isolate them from True Fellowship, or Koinenia---Gangstalkers are Cowards who break up family relationships, cause untold pain & suffering---AND use Electronic Torture!

Words cannot describe how abusive this is when you are the victim of it.

My neighbor doesn' t want me to put a fence between our properties and is stealing my land and some think he is printing money and that they are in on satanic rituals and could have someone buried out there and that is why they don't want anyone digging there to put a fence in. He has scared away about 20 contractors already and threatened to beat up my 91 year old friend if we put a fence in. Does anyone think this is strange? The cops stick up for him and so does City Hall.
