long jump power training.
single rep max on the back of:
2x6 100kg (atg)
2x6 152.5kg half squats

finished with 1 failed attempt at 180kg, followed by this one which was relatively succesful.

180kg/405lbs (4x20kg per side +20kg bar)
71kg/160lbs bodyweight

  • subjective. that would be a quarter squat if u consider an atg a full squat. i consider a full squat to be just below parallel therefore the above would be a half squat. half of a squat that goes just below parallel. go rage on someone elses videos or post something yourself buddy
