@hoskernator959 Do u really know football rules? Suárez was on the line but as he was the ONLY PLAYER BEHIND PLAYERS OF GHANA (the goalkeeper Muslera was forward), offside rule says: " ...And third, THERE MUST BE FEWER THAN TWO OPPOSING PLAYERS between him and the opposing goal line (to be sanctioned for an offside offence)..." Exactly this happened, Suárez was the only player in such position, obviously fewer than two, so offside has to be sanctioned.
