Disability claimants may have their appeals reach the hearing stage. At a disability hearing, an Administrative Law Judge listens to testimony from experts in regards to the claimant's health and work capabilities. A disability lawyer has the experience to show the judge that you are unable to work because of illness or injury, and therefore you may be entitled to disability benefits.

The Coye Law Firm wants to help you get benefits in the course of your recovery from a disabling injury or illness. If you find it hard to continue working because you are hurt or sick, call us today. We may be able to set you up with a free consultation about denied disability benefits.

Sometimes, you need justice. Sometimes, you need a lawyer. 866-Wade-Coye.

  • so do i really need a lawyer because people keep telling me that they provide a free one for me....im lost

  • @neoimean7 Very few, if any, attorneys represent claimants in social security disability appeals for free. However, many only charge for their services if the case is successful. These fees are on a contingency basis, meaning it is a percentage of the back benefits you are awarded. If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to call at 800-648-4941.
