WOW I love your informative channel. Thank you for this very helpful information. I think this young lady gives you the necessary steps without the time. This is very good advice every one knows you must steep tea for 5 - 7 minutes to get the good from the plant. Bravo. God has something in his garden for every ailment.

Lol.. if you want a real effect you need to let the rosemary 15min in very hot water or boiling water.. if you do like in the video you will end up wasting your tea & time also!!

I love rosemary, but it never gave me energy or reduced my stress level. It tastes and smells great though. For stress reduction, I'll stick with Xanax.
