Bill Payne & Rockstar

A Tribute to one of the best monster truck drivers out there. He is the Tom Meents of Independent Monster Truck Racing and CFP. He can pull a backwards wheelie as well as a normal one. He is Bill Payne in the Rockstar Truck. Known for rivaling Bigfoot like Tom Meents rivals Grave Digger, He is able to pull a Backwards or Normal Wheelie and drag it on the tailgate, he pulls more backwards moves than anyone else who drives a monster truck. Dan Evans and Mike Vaters and even Charlie Pauken have nothing on this guy. This truck has the shortest wheel base you will probably ever seen in a monster truck. Bill Payne knows how to drive this truck and that is why he is regarded (at least to me) as the best Non-MonsterJam Driver.

Bill is definitely at the top as far as the independent drivers out there. He's still getting used to his new complete tube-frame truck, but definitely a top- notch driver. Only thing I can say bad about this video is the last clip is one that still irks me. As a huge fan of Ms. Bigfoot, that was a bad call in that race...Amber shoulda been given the win since she saved her truck first. All I want is a rematch, that's all.

Hes got the smallest wheelbase, the truck sits retardedly high, and he has a heavy right foot. He has no regaurd for not only the fans safety but other drivers safety(watch his race with Ms. Bigfoot @ Montreal). Bill Payne does indeed do some amazing things, in a truck built to do those things. Your statement about Charlie Pauken? Your a complete idiot if you truely think that. Charlie drives with Controled Chaos and is a MASTER behind the wheel, Bill drives chaotically out of control.
