Absolutely right! l quit smoking just by getting used to get into my vortex more often... soon my physical body learned how to stay in there without the necessity to fill any void from outside.... Always a pleasure to listen to Abe.

both grain coffee(not coffee based) and home made fruit juice work very well. boiled pandan leaves water (boil the pandan leaves in the water) can be used as sweetener in conjunction with sugar and stevia as well. sour taste of the fruit juice especially orange, lime or lemon can keep awake and they also provide vitamin c and they don't disrupt sleep, this is how I broke the addiction on caffeine

This is one of those videos where I think you could replace "caffeine" with any sort of addiction (ie. cocaine, heroin, crystal meth, alcohol, gambling, shopping, a relationship, food, workaholism, etc.) and Abraham's answer will be the same. Alignment with your Source or Inner Being trumps all addictions. :)
