Weight is a hefty 225lbs. I'm off-season and personal reasons bumped my weight up a bit! I've been gaining strength like crazy though so that is good.
My best was the second at 25.5"
I did some one and two step RVJs afterwards and hit around 28".
Pretty terrible in general, but not that bad when everything else is considered.
i think you bend your knees too much or might be because of your muscle fiber distribution...

@Zaitsevsz Yes, I have attempted to relearn to use less knee bend but my jump height suffers a ton. One thing to note is that my pure squat jump is within an inch or two of my countermovement jump so it makes sense that I need so much knee bend to develop power.

I'll give it a try. I was actually trying to do the opposite because I tend to over knee bend/back flatten and keeping my heels planted prevents me from getting too far into that position. Regardless I end up with lower jumps everytime. When I jump how I do naturally, Jump 2, I tend to jump the highest.
These jumps are in no way something I'm proud of, but I'm not overly concerned considering I'm coming off of 3 months with little to no jumping and about 25lbs of additional weight.
