VoiceLive 2 with VLOOP - vocal looping

Laura Clapp showcases the latest major firmware update to VoiceLive 2. The latest update adds TC-Helicon's VLOOP, vocal performance looper. The looper can be assigned to the shortcut button. The single button looper provides play, overdub, undo/redo, stop and erase.

Many inputs can be looped included vocal effects, guitar, aux input.

How do u enable having just a normal voice for looping and also, I'd like to be able to talk with a normal voice while searching through presets, Is this possible?

@mitchcapone Hiya, You would simply turn all of the effects off except for tone :).

if i plug in my guitar and mic at the same time ,,can i use some efects for the voice and some for the guitar?????thanks a lot for your respond,,is hard at this time to decide a buy wich so much offerts arround,,thank you

Havn't used the voice Live 2 for a while, Thought I'd use it as a loop Pedal to help me learn to play two hands on the piano, But Insdead I just wasted an Hour and a half Stuffing around trying to make the stupid thing work.. It starts to do a loop when I still want to record!! There are a few design flaws that just let this machine down...

I still think there should be a bypass effects button on the machine, I don't always want to sound like i'm in a dungeon

Can you loop guitar and vocals at the same time..i.e. during one song?

@mitchcapone Apologies, I have removed my previous answer as I made the mistake of thinking you were referring to the VoiceLive Touch. With the VoiceLive 2 if you're not happy using the bypass mode, you could achieve this by simply making a step or preset without effects on - just keeping the tone function.

@mitchcapone When using Global Natural Play the unit is forced to use a predefined mode for harmony in all presets. In this case, if it is set to guitar, you won’t be able to set a key and scale as an alternative. I would suggest turning Global Natural Play off in the “System” tab of the “Setup” menu if you need this option.

Also, how do I sort this issue... in presets that say "Set Key Auto", When I click the "shortcut" button it tells me "Set key/scales is not available while using Global Natural play" I have the guitar plugged in?
