MoveOn.Org Petition to Senator Bill Nelson on Health Care Reform

Richard Charman, member of the Miami Beach MoveOn.Org Council, founder of IAM4OBAMA, Neighbors of Allapattah in Miami, and Business Development Director of Net-Tronics.com, Corporation, visited the offices of Senator Bill Nelson in Coral Gables, on Friday May 29, 2009, and delivered a letter of petition to Senator Bill Nelson requesting to support the Health Care Reform , as part of a nationwide campaign in support of President Obama proposed bill.

Why won't BILL NELSON meet with his constituents in a Town Hall meeting? He flew out of Country for his first 2 weeks vacation and his office says he has NO PLANS for ANY Town Hall meetings. Coward!

What about the RE-Education Camps in the Bill? Why is the Government telling you to tell on your neighbor if he has something "FISHY" to say about this bill? This is NOT about Health Or Care. It is a power grab to make you dependent on the Government for your care and not the Private sector which creates new drugs and Medical equipment.

Fix the problems we have with Health Care and leave the rest alone. Adopt Tort Reform if you are serious about fixing the problems. The Health bill is being designed by the Unions (SEIU/ACORN), you trust these Thugs to design your Health Care?

Government funded Abortions, Rationing, Less Research and Devolpment due to putting Private Health Care out of Business (obama admitted that is his plan, just that it might not be able to be done "right away") and Congress shall pass no law that they themselves are not governed under, They won't have to be under the same care as "the Governed" are reasons common people like myself and my neighbors are all against the Crappy bill that will create a Ton of Beaurocracy.

I swear, if Nelson votes for this brainwashing of the people, I will have lost all respect for the man, and will do what I can, when his reelection comes about, to get rid of him.

We need more competition, not less. Go look at massachusetts. They have a healthcare plan with NO government run option, yet they have over 90% participation rate through incentives, and the fact there are over 1300 seperate insurance companies. Competition is what allows that to flourish. Folks can CHOOSE a plan.
