  • i wanna see an R44 and R46 mixed

  • Well, as I said in response to Allen1628famm, it's impossible unless it's done iron to iron, and that is not done in passenger service.

  • I like mixed trains a lot. You should record more mixed trains.

  • If they ever show up...

  • I've caught these sets:

    [(1 pair R40) - (1 pair R40M) - (2 pairs R42)] on the (C)

    R62A and R62A w/ and w/o LEDs on the (7)

    [R32 - R38 - R32 - R38 - R32] 10 car set on the (A)

    temporary R68A (A) train.

  • mixing trains was quite common when I was a kid back in the 1960's and 70's as long as they had the same brake system you could do it.

  • nice catch 5 stars

  • nice

  • dang. never saw one before

  • I havent seen this since the 70s I saw a r38 r40 slant mix

  • Nope. The first 6 cars are definitely R42's.

In fact, here are the car numbers.

    4592-4593-4575-4574-4563-4562-3821-3820

All of the first 6 cars are within the range 4550-4949, which is the R42's number range.
