Will they see the fact that the original company filers (for decertification) have changed their minds, that the company shared more information then the union did about the questions to vote on, that the company refused to negotiate in a real way, God only knows. Today December 18, 2010 the final faith of the Conn Selmer Strike rest in the hands of the NLRB re-decision of the devastating decertification of the UAW 364 strike against Conn Selmer that has hurt both sides. The Supreme Court has asked the NLRB to reconsider their vote due to having only two members on the board.
