@Hondamxr13 Note that the Constitution doesn't actually require separation of church and state. That was just a phrase that Thomas Jefferson decided to coin. The Constitution just requires that there be no establishment of religion. Whether there is or isn't is honestly up to the judges' discretion.

@Mr88playmaker - In 1940, the ACLU formally barred communists from leadership or staff positions, and stated that it did not want communists as members. Kind of a strange tactic for a communist organization, no?
