I need this and before hadn't felt so comfortable until now to make productive, devoted progress in my life. Thank you both for your help, inspiration, and instruction!

  • I don’t like to calculate calories I prefer what you said before just listen to your body don’t over eat and to eat small portions every 2 to 3 hours
