I would have loved to have been there...and shot video of course LOL Sedra has long been a favorite player of mine and I was hoping she would win. She is on the verge of taking the fiddle world by storm! For those that do not know her yet...They soon will! thanks for your kind response.....steve

@violaSkywalker cool question! The info I read said Apollo was the god of music, poetry and light (and other things as well.) Most google answers say that Orpheus was not a god, but rather a hero/prophet - one sight said he's considered half god, as he was the son of Apollo. Fascinating material on google about the life and death of orpheus (was an amazing charmer with his music, much like Alex) ~ but I still think of Alex as more like Apollo.

@wellusedtube yes - Sedra is really sensational! I enjoyed the Yankee Doodle video very much. There's a youtube video of Alex playing Yankee Doodle on his fiddle - - love that one, too.
