You obviously are extremely ignorant about 'merica and Boston [the big city] in 'merica. Boston USA is much,much bigger and much more diverse than it's namesake, Boston,Lincolnshire.

The UK is still 90% white, with a tiny black population, around 2% overall. The U.S. is 13% black overall, and many southern states are 25-30% black. Boston USA is 50/50 white/minority [black,Hispanic,Asian]. Most southern cities are majority black, minority white.
