@wavepsychic so the byproduct of excercising your body while eatting healthy is ugly?... and effort is limited for humans?or maybe is it your diet? so how do you distribute effort properly so you dont waste yourself out? .. maybe im just fucking alien?

People can eat meat.... not fucking shitload of processed foods and that is why tonnes of people are fucked up not by eatting lean cuts of meat fish and chicken....plus there are essential fats that we obviously do need and the good cholesterol hdl and some comes from animals but dont get fucking carried away and eat only animals.... wide of variety as possible is key plus consentrated protein powders definatly usefull.. 40 percent protein 30 percent carbs 30 percent fat diet evently distributed

@buster27 but everybodys body meets different requirements for their metabolic type. do some expoeriments and make sure it's organic. wayyyy better quality food

@buster27 You can choose your own diet. Just stay away from animal products and try to eat raw foods. Find something you like.

@aleterra Then you eat a lot of plant based foods or plant based foods higher in protein. I hope you do not presume to say that there are no Vegan body builder because there are! Why men body build to such extremes I'll never know. Looking like a lumpy sausage is NOT attractive & if you're a women being all flat chested and on steroids is just plain disgusting. Such extreme effort is better served elsewhere.
