In June 2010, women of Quota International, with the help of the Rotary Club of Makati, hied to the hills of Dinalupihan, Bataan to distribute school supplies to their adopted community of Aeta children. Among their new beneficiaries are the other poor children in the barangay near the school, who complained at not being included in the charity.
The first part of the program was lunch. Here we introduce our organizer for the day, the family driver of one of the Quota women. I wasn't surprised by the aplomb of this guy when I learned that he was a high school teacher at Dipolog, Zamboanga del Sur who chose to become a family driver in Manila.
