I'm confused,
This video claims that the Dutch Biner can hold 1,000 lbs, But the Dutch biners available through Jacks r better say 400 lb limit..

@SavGaEckmann This video was made with the original Dutch Biners ... and yes they are rated at 1,000 lbs by Dutch himself. However apparently the Jacks r Better is a different biner or they have down graded the rating. I really can't answer the question on their Dutch Biner vs the original ones in my video.

I have found that using the webbing in the biner prematurely wears the loop of the tree strap.
