Yes, Electrolysis has been known to work for over 100 Years. Just takes more power than can be returned by burning the Hydrogen. But it is your time & Money, Waste it how ever you want.

Hydrogen & Oxygen by means of electrolysis of water was done by William Nicholson and Anthony Carlisle in about 1800.

Ford, GM and Chrysler are all under pressure to make vehicles more efficient (Better Gas Mileage).

How come no new cars have HHO Generators ?
