I did this with Pinnacle Studio Ultimate Version 11. It only took me 15 seconds to do this.

Actually I didn't have After Effects until July 08. This was shot in the summer of 07. I wanted to show that you can do time freeze in pinnacle instead of a $1000 software LOL. But I will try to remember that the next time I make one.

okay so you had a green screen, shot the hanger video, put it on the green screen, then you walked in front of the green screen while the video was paused... you can see your crappy compositing in the bottom right corner...

it is easy you take the frame your you want it to freeze and save it as a picture. then import the picture in your software and use it for as many seconds as you want. You then use a green screen and use the frame as your background.
