As of the first of August the Army Corps of Engineers are starting to reduce the flow rates at Gavins Point Dam, the last Dam on the Missouri River, from 160,000 cfs to 150,000 cfs by the 3rd then a gradual decrease in flow rates for the next several months. Projected rates should reach near normal levels of 40,000 cfs by the first of October.
