You can buy lemongrass at most asian stores. You can even keep your lemongrass broth up to 3 days to reuse and steam your face.

Turmeric you can buy at most grocery store spice isle. Remember, it has a yellow/orange hue!

Papayas might be hard to get depending on the season and where you live. I find papayas at most asian stores.
