It's an epic remix of a theme of Sakuya Izayoi. In this case, it's her second theme, Flowering Night. It plays for her as an opponent in PoFV and as her theme in Scarlet Weather Rhapsody. I'll be honest. I can't decide if either Luna Dial or Flowering Night is better. They're both just so good. Though, I think Flowering Night can get annoying after a while of listening to it, so maybe I'll lean toward her original theme... Oh yeah. This remix. It rocks. @TheEvilsocky theres this guy who created a whole game franchise all by himself (artwork, coding, music. everything). for some reason this game franchise got extremely popular in japan, and at some point it became normal for fans to make fun stuff out of the game. that includes remixes from the original songs. if i had to guess, i'd say there's easily over 1000 or 2000 remixes of touhou songs.
