The Hypnobirth of Jemima (Waters Breaking)

This part I didn't find until months after the birth - it got stored into some other part of the video camera. This was actually great fun. I thought I'd give a little push to see what happened, and my waters exploded. I was sitting on a pile of towels so I just relaxed my pelvic floor and pushed all my waters out.

The track that stats toward the end of the clip is the same piece of music that she was born to. In fact, the next contraction was when I thought I'd push a little more to see if any more waters come, and a head flew out!
