What makes you say this is an ad Hominem attack?
This ad does not attack or even really mention any one personally. In order to argue against this merger one has to mention the names of the companies involved however there is no name calling within the advertisement.
Comcast in the past has been found guilty of blocking downloads and uploads of subscribers. Who is to say this company won't be doing this again?

This is ad hominem and contrary to the facts. The Internet isn't broken as suggested by the Free Press. It thrives because there are no government rules - something which the Free Press cannot stand (or control).

Agreed.

Monopolies are dangerous including government monopolies. Keeping a free web free is a good idea to me. If large companies did not have the assistance of their friends in government and banking, could they keep their monopoly... or even compete within their industry? Free Web Press.co is asking these questions in 2010.
