0:25...Can you say Flash Over ;)
-
That was gonna be one nice carpark real quick, no point or need to risk guys safety by sending them inside, defensive firefighting all day long!
-
@mikeUSMC0311 i was on for 5 years i resigned last year because i had some personal issues with some of the guys in the house and on the dept. i'm hoping to get onto another dept sometime in the next 6 months before my certifications expire

As a Chief, rolling up to that type of situation made size up easy. No one in or on the building, make ready with the artillery and hit it when it flashes. Keep your firefighters safe and protect any exposures.

Wow! Big flashover!

... man. when smoke behaves like that- it may as well be vaporized gasoline!
It IS ready 2 ignite!! Be that as it may, I've drawn-up ideas of a civic fire truck which is a houses' 1st arrival apparatus- designed much as an airports' truck- where it immediately upon arrival begins 2 take-down the fire- this tank/pumper/ mediumladder/wall piercing hook/nozzle and monitor/w/ground CO2 injector
/2"hose/reel: Key attack is 2 reduce heat&fire during crucial minutes hoses R being set-up+fastrescue.
