主料 / 草蝦 12隻、培根 3片、板條 200g、碗豆片 50g、蒜頭 10個、蔥 1支、薑 1根調味料 / 紹興酒 3大匙、醬油膏 1小匙、蠔油 1大匙、糖 1大匙做法 :1、草蝦剪掉眼睛部分、開背;蒜頭、薑切末;蔥切末;培根切小丁,備用。2、熱一炒鍋先不放油,將草蝦煎兩面金黃撈出,另一鍋中加入1大匙油,將蒜末、薑末爆香後 , 放入培根丁、煎好的蝦,嗆入紹興酒。3、加入一碗水,再放入板條、醬油膏、蠔油煮滾後,再入糖調味,淋入一點紹興酒,放入蔥末,加入碗豆,快速炒熟後即可盛盤。

bacon...0-0 would that be too strong? It's just that they put so much chemicals and artificial flavors, everything will taste like bacon when you use it...
