You can't see the plane at the beginning of the video and there is also the appearance of a bright orb, which reveals itself to be the nose of the plane reflecting the sun.
No mystery, just rayleigh scattering making planes hard to see .

It's not a water spot or an orb. It's just a sun reflection off some round section on the front of the plane.
You can quite clearly see the middle planes wings at 0:12 and you can see the outer planes in front of the trails.
The low aspect ratio wings of the middle plane suggest they are most likely fighter planes.
They appear quite high altitude to me due to how difficult they are to see, but fighters are usually dull grey to make them camouflaged anyway.

This is a perfect example of four fighter aircraft at an air show. This burst maneuver is universally done on these occasions. Thee aircraft have turned smoke on at beginning
The other aircraft appears at 0:10 and has NO smoke trail and is only seen as a dot. One smoke trail stops at 0:58.
NOTE- ALL smoke trails BELOW clouds so must be at low level . Can't be CONTRAILS !
