typical, this type of thing happens at universities all the time. When some one with a tow truck takes a vehicle unless they lawfully do so it is theft. Yet never are "businessmen" that use these "creative revenue generating tactics" ever charged. Personally i see crooks with scams sanctioned by laws created by politicians on the take.

The right-wing hypocrisy when it comes to "freedom" is downright ridiculous. Talk to me about rights and freedom when your side stops hating everyone who is different from them. Gays can't even marry in most states and many of them aren't protected from job discrimination. Freedom my ass.
