I smell a certain console command.... cl_strengthscale

Just put a number greater than 2 at the end of it and you have more strength than you could possibly need.

i use strenght for steady aim whit sniper rifle...and for stabilizing the machine gun turret...now this is a bug i believe because on that ice level i can punch a car like that but on any other level i cant do the same whit the car

I didn't even know you can use strength for that, lol. I though it was for jumping and melee only

Could be that the frozen stuff has wrong weights. Either that or the map has weird forces applied to puncing stuff.
