@Huevinh there's no glideslope on a LOC/DME approach. Plus his autobrake was on it was turned to MAX which should only be used in emergency landings, but nevertheless it was on

how do you do for having a handsopme quality as that?? Can you tell me 'cause when i fly with this plane, it bugs a lot.. Can you explain to me how do you do?

Not many people know that...
You can actually fly this nice PMDG NGX bird in a multi-crew environment using something called "Multi Crew Experience".
Your hands are busy flying the aircraft and want something changed on MCP? No problem just ask co-pilot to change heading, altitude, speed or whatever switch you want.
A Demo is available, and all you need is a headset with microphone to experience the thrill of voice control. :-))

It is a LOC/DME approach on that runway, and a visual of finals with no glideslope support.
