  • Don't keep pouring back and fore between the bowl and the measuring cup. And try to scrape the chocolate from the bowl and the liquid too. Why the American, Eng, Aus and all that speak that kind of accent english always waste food. And like to eat all the weird stuff, like cook fruit ==

  • One tablespoon is 15ml !!!!!!

  • yes he did burn the sugar,the fool, what you do is you cover with sugar then tap out the excess, then torch

  • if you don't have a torch, set your broiler to high, set a rack 3-4 inches awy from it. Put your brulees on a cookie sheet, top each one evenly with 1 TBSP white or light brown and broil until dark brown. Let cool for 2 minutes and serve...
