Thank you so much Manjula Ji for sharing your superb recipes with us. When I watched this video I thought of Sujata, who made kheer for the Buddha after he had starved for 6 years. It gave him his strength back so it must be full of goodness!

Hello Manjula!
Thank you for your videos! I wanted to ask - can I use jaggary instead of sugar? If so which kind of jaggary? I also keep hearing I have to cook the jaggary before use?
Thank you!

Thank you for this lovely video, I am going to try this in a couple of days. I already know how to make curry chicken, I am going to attempt Pakoras, Kheer and Navrattan Korma!
I have cardamom/ garam masala/ cumin/ corriander powder/ turmeric/ and am waiting on Ajwan seeds, I would love Saffron but it is very very expensive.
I love Indian food, I enjoy watching authentic Indian women making these dishes, it is very helpful, inspiring and informative.

I LOVE INDIAN CUSINE!!!! I can never remember, which part of India has the hotter/more spicey foods? Is it the Northern or Southern regions? Thank you so much Aunty Manjula for making and sharing this video. I look forward to anything else that you upload.

You can make kheer just with milk, rice and sugar if want to add the extra flavor you may try cinnamon or vanilla extract as you asked.
