"No talking during a role call." except by everybody asking that the rules be obeyed but only by Republicans.
Thrusting billions of dollars of tax increases in at the last minute so that there can be no debate and Democrats call that governing.

This is absolutely ridiculous! How dare the DFL's just do it and not debate the matter! This is disgusting! Go to Jason Lewis on KTLK and join the Tax Party! This is not acceptable!
