@McLarenMercedes this one was pretty good, sophisticated. I enjoyed it. It was hard to be suspenseful because I already knew what was going on but there were a lot of great scenes that I appreciated.

Well that's bull shit. Because in the book the people infected and dead didn't bleed the blood was a jellish like substance. I love the Aurtor, but I don't like it when the movie isn't really true to the book. It's those little things;)

Yet another remake I won't watch ever. Besides if one has already seen the original the can't possible be any suspense in the remake.

The 1971 movie was so focussed on creating suspense it turned the story into a colossal bore.

This in no way represents the book or the 1971 version. I would still give it a chance though I suppose, it looks semi-interesting at least.
