Study results have shown that Multiple Sclerosis patients have significant and sustained reduction in disability and risk of relapse on Alemtuzumab versus active comparative drug. Final Phase 2 data has been published in the New England Journal of Medicine. International Phase 3 Alemtuzumab studies are now enrolling. (Video: Genzyme/Bayer)

  • MS as an auto-immune disease is just another hypothesis... Stop poisoning us and find the real cause - Thanks :)

  • I wonder (please feel free to brain storm) in patients with head trauma, with no familial background of MS & other factors, what is the extent of disease progression, since there is no sustained autoimmune attack issues.

  • This drug targets B-cells. It was originally used and still is for Leukemia. The link between MS and Leukemia is that they both are a disease of a altered or mutated immune system.
